干燥機(jī)的出口露點(diǎn)不合格的原因?

壓縮空氣的含水量多少一般用壓力露點(diǎn)來(lái)表示，露點(diǎn)越低，表示含水值越小，干燥機(jī)的干燥效果越好。在工業(yè)中，由于各種用氣設(shè)備及工藝流程的不同，需要有不同壓力露點(diǎn)的壓縮空氣干燥設(shè)備為用戶提供選擇的可能。有的要求壓力露點(diǎn)達(dá)到-20℃，有的要求壓力露點(diǎn)不低于-40℃，還有的壓力露點(diǎn)要求在-70℃左右。

1、干燥機(jī)出口露點(diǎn)過(guò)高

1. Dryer outlet dew point too high

2、超出最大流量值和超過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)條件，在配置吸附式干燥機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)空壓機(jī)排氣量和工作流量設(shè)計(jì)。

3、干燥劑沒(méi)有吸附效果，需更換濾芯
